timelightbox: Magnum photographer Paolo Pellegrin was given 15 minutes to photograph Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti for the cover of TIME International. Pellegrin and his assistant worked quickly in the small chamber outside of Monti’s office at the Palazzo Chigi in Rome, capturing the world leader TIME has dubbed “The Most Important Man in Europe.”
